Role Overview

Provides technical expertise and support in reviewing organizational elements such as jobs, jobholders, structures, and processes. Assists in developing initiatives to ensure that only value-adding components are maintained within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Job Analysis & Redesign
  • Assess the importance, effectiveness, and alignment of jobs to departmental goals.
  • Redesign roles when necessary to improve efficiency and relevance.
  • Job & Manpower Audit
  • Conduct audits to determine functional relationships and the value of jobs and processes.
  • Identify gaps, redundancies, and duplications, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Workload & Deployment Review
  • Analyze workload distribution to ensure balanced task assignments.
  • Address issues related to manpower underutilization or overutilization.
  • Manpower Requisition Evaluation
  • Review departmental manpower requests to ensure only essential roles and functions are retained.
  • Organizational Review
  • Recommend job simplification and standardization.
  • Distinguish between core and non-core functions and suggest restructuring or outsourcing as needed.
  • Business Process Review
  • Examine processes for improvement opportunities and eliminate non-value-adding steps.
  • Support cost-reduction initiatives and identify long-term process enhancements.
  • Assist in studies using methodologies such as surveys, time-and-motion analysis, work sampling, process mapping, and queuing studies.
  • Perform process flow mapping, root cause analysis, and apply analytical tools to determine metrics, troubleshoot issues, and assign process ownership.
  • Compliance
  • Adhere to e-Tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
  • Other Duties
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php34,000.00 per month
