Key Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate the following:

  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience within the E-commerce sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a business, marketing, or technology-related field.
  • Platform Expertise (Mandatory): Prior working experience at a major regional E-commerce platform, specifically LAZADA, SHOPEE, or TIKTOK, is a strict requirement.
  • Software Skills: Exceptional command of Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Digital Acumen: Demonstrable proficiency as a highly Computer/Tech Savvy individual, capable of rapidly adopting new digital tools and technologies.
  • Language: Complete fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Interpersonal: Proven track record as a highly effective team player with substantial experience in an international working environment.

Core Responsibilities

The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end platform operations and performance management, including:

  • Platform Operations Management: Overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations across key E-commerce channels (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc.).
  • Campaign Execution: Planning, running, and analyzing comprehensive promotional campaigns to maximize sales and brand visibility.
  • Managing, monitoring, and resolving claims and other accounts receivable processes.
  • Leading Collection Management activities.
  • Processing and reconciling sell-out data and inventory movements within the SAP system.
  • Managing Purchase Requisitions (PR) documentation and workflow through the SAP system.
  • Customer Engagement: Conducting and optimizing Live Selling and product presentation sessions to drive immediate sales and audience interaction.
  • Performance Reporting: Developing, generating, and presenting comprehensive report management documents to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
