Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Site Acquisition Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end site acquisition and permitting processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and negotiating commercial leases, as well as managing permitting applications and ensuring smooth interactions with local government units. This role will also require effective troubleshooting and monitoring of site acquisition progress. This role is eligible for performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Identification & Lease Negotiation: Identify and research potential sites for telecom infrastructure. Negotiate commercial leases with lessors and landowners to secure optimal agreements.
  • Permitting & Local Government Relations: Prepare and submit permitting applications, working closely with local government units to expedite approvals.
  • Document Management: Ensure the acquisition of necessary documents to support lease contracts, including land ownership and property documents.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot site-related challenges, working cross-functionally with other teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly track and report on the status of site acquisition and permitting processes to ensure timely project completion.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Must be a bachelor's degree holder.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end (E2E) Site Acquisition and Permitting processes, with a focus on FTK (Ready for Telecom) projects.

Preferably with experience on telco industry

  • Willing to be assigned in NCR

  • Knowledge & Skills:

  • Familiarity with ownership and property documents for prospective lessors.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively.
