About the role

Join Teleperformance, a global leader in business services, as a WFM Scheduling Analyst I at our EDSA location in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer service operations through effective workforce management and scheduling.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse call volume data and create optimised schedules to meet service level targets
  • Monitor and adjust staffing levels throughout the day to address changing business needs
  • Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to ensure appropriate staffing coverage
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workforce efficiency
  • Provide regular reporting on key performance metrics and trends
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of workforce management principles and call centre operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
