Job Description

This position handles the development and execution of approved brand and marketing communication programs and initiatives with the guidance of a Marketing lead.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business course preferably Marketing, Advertising or Management major, with Brand Management, Market Research and Digital Analytics background.
  • Minimum 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience in real estate/other related industries and/or handled various marketing functions.
  • Highly proficient in all aspects of communication including oral, written, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • With strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to partner with other PET members, external marketing agencies/firms and other stakeholders.
  • With critical thinking, creative/aesthetic, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Highly proficient in various software applications such as SAP, MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • With business/financial acumen in relation to market/competition trends, positioning, brand management, and business processes/operations.
  • With leadership skills, result-driven, proactive and process approach mindset.
  • Keen on details specifically on value proposition creation, marketing initiatives/efforts, research, materials and/other resources.
  • Proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, teams and other stakeholders.
