E-commerce Operations Associate

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Listing Agent to join our team supporting a major e-commerce platform. In this role, you will help ensure smooth execution of listing operations, resolve listing-related issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain product content accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve product listing issues escalated by internal teams or sellers.
• Ensure product content is accurate, complete, and adheres to platform guidelines.
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as category management, content, operations, and seller support to resolve cross-functional listing matters.
• Monitor and report on recurring listing problems and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure timely updates and corrections to product listings based on system or policy changes.
• Perform quality assurance checks on newly listed products or categories.
• Assist in testing and implementation of new tools or workflows related to listing management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or related courses a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, content management, or operational support preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with content management systems or product listing platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce platforms or marketplace environments.
• Understanding of product categorization and content standards.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
