The role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, and providing accurate service and pricing information. This includes managing job bookings, preparing quotations, and updating customer records. The role also focuses on building strong customer relationships, meeting personal and team performance targets, and adhering to company procedures. Continuous improvement through process adherence and active support to the business is a key responsibility.

Job Description:

●      Ability to identify issues and support customers with corrective action needed.

●      Handle inbound and outbound customer calls maintain the average handling time.

●      Follow communication "scripts" when handling customers as per the scope of work.

●      Identify customers' needs, clarify information, share service and price details for job booking.

●      Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.

●      Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

●      Update customer details in the system and record all interaction for future reference.

●      Follow process refresher sessions conducted by the management / supervisor.

●      Prepare and share quotations to customers for job booking.

●      Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

●      Follow company procedure and policy guidelines while handling day to day tasks.

●      Ensure target accomplishments as assigned on a monthly basis.

●      Provide best in class service to customers.

●       Support overall business for improvements
