What you'll do:

  • Creates Layouts, Flow Charts, Process Charts, Policies, Procedures, and Operational manuals for the Company.

  • Draft the standard operating guidelines, policies, and procedures before routing them to all reviewers and approvers prior to issuance.

  • Prepares the corresponding documentation or improvement report, including findings, recommendations, and action done.

  • Reviews analyzes, and recommends establishing standard processes based on the IE principles and best practices.

What we're looking for:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or any related courses

  • With at least 3 years of experience in ISO standardization, process management, or quality assurance

  • Possesses a strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other ISO standards

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, enabling effective data management and analysis.

  • Willing to assign in Ugong, Pasig City
