To assist the immediate superior by coordinating administrative activities of the office and provide support for all the accreditation activities and programs.

DUTIES:

  • Assists the immediate superior in regard to the accreditation and office activities
  • Attends to customers' inquiries and address the concerns if needed.
  • Provides substantial input on improving the efficiency of accreditation- related processes and activities.
  • Assists the immediate superior in the preparation of evidences and materials to be used in the accreditation.
  • Makes a follow-up on the accreditation evidences and materials from different departments and offices.
  • Manages the filing of documents and records.
  • Oversees the digitization of accreditation evidences and materials
  • Prepares the logistic requirements for accreditation activities (meetings, submission of documents, and etc.)
  • Coordinates meeting to be facilitated and conducted by the immediate superior
  • Prepares the minutes of all the meetings facilitated and conducted by the immediate superior
  • Monitors OPS system and office supplies inventory
  • Assists the immediate superior in the preparation of reports.
  • Prepares liquidation or reimbursement reports, as needed.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant course; preferably BS Industrial Engineering or BS Education major in English graduate.
  • At least 1 year work related experience
  • Computer literate; presentation skills and knowledgeable with 5S Housekeeping Standards
