Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching promotional materials for events, including brochures, digital ads, and graphics
  • Build reusable, brand-consistent templates for flyers, coupons, social media posts, presentations, and more
  • Design key marketing collateral including, advertisements, banners, brochures, catalogs, displays, labels, presentations, emails, social media posts, web imagery for websites.
  • Create visual content for press releases, infographics, and communication materials
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to take briefs to create concepts, layouts, and designs to be used in creative outputs
  • Apply advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva to every creative task
  • Reformat and re-size existing ads, images, and other miscellaneous artwork
  • Edit and retouch photo assets when needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Incorporate feedback from the team to refine designs and achieve the desired results.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Multi Media Arts, Fine Arts or Interior Design, Web design/development
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, basic HTML, and video editing
  • Proven background in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
  • Skilled in creating multimedia content across platforms (email, blog banners, video thumbnails, reels, etc.)
  • Equipped with Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Creative Services, Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Desktop Publishing Tools, Acute Vision, Handles Rejection
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to work on site, NO WFH set-up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
