We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse with a strong portfolio and a keen eye for design. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. This role requires a deep understanding of our Brand Visual Identity (VI) to ensure all designs are consistent, cohesive, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Conceptualize and create a wide range of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, ad visuals, email templates, website banners, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Brand VI Compliance: Ensure all designs strictly adhere to the company's Brand Visual Identity (VI) guidelines, including color palettes, typography, logos, and overall style. You will be a key guardian of our brand's visual integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to understand project requirements and translate marketing objectives into effective visual designs.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring easy access and proper version control for the team.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our creative output.
- Feedback & Revisions: Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders in a professional and constructive manner to refine designs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatility.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Brand VI Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, and strictly comply with Brand Visual Identity (VI) guidelines.
- Creativity: A strong creative vision with the ability to think outside the box while maintaining brand consistency.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard for quality in all design work.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
