About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Personnel to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative' in Bulacan, Central Luzon. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the efficient and organised operation of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth distribution of goods and materials.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving, inspecting and unloading incoming shipments of goods and materials
  • Storing and organising inventory in the warehouse according to established procedures
  • Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately and on time
  • Maintaining detailed records of all warehouse activities
  • Assisting with regular stock takes and inventory audits
  • Identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Adhering to all health, safety and quality standards
  • Collaborating with other team members to optimize warehouse operations

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures
