The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Experience in a general accounting or GL role
- Experience in bank reconciliation
- Basic knowledge of taxation and accounting standards
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Exposure to accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- CPA certification is an advantage but not required
Qualifications
- Must be a BS Accountancy graduate
- 3 years of experience working in Accounting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
