Role Purpose:

Design and produce high-quality, creative websites for clients based on provided content and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build clean, visually appealing websites using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and web design tools.
  • Select images and graphics aligned with client branding and marketing goals.
  • Prepare layouts, proofread, and ensure quality in design, resolution, and consistency.
  • Write and edit concise website copy that fits client objectives.
  • Correct errors and make updates as requested by QA, clients, or supervisors.
  • Communicate regularly with team leads and collaborate with copywriters and other departments.
  • Track productivity/quality and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong design sense and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting schedules and workload.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-year degree in Graphic Design or related field (required).
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (required); Acrobat, MS Office, Dreamweaver/HTML (preferred).
  • Willingness to work shifting schedules, including nights/weekends.
  • Experience in fast-paced production environment (preferred).
