YOUR DAILY TASKS

  • Lead the design and maintenance of responsive, high-converting websites.
  • Present UI/UX designs and layouts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  • Implement innovative ideas to improve the website experience.
  • Maintain consistent branding and seamless user experience across devices.
  • Collaborate with marketing on landing pages, emails, and product displays.
  • Optimize site performance, usability, and content.
  • Conduct QA testing, monitor metrics, and apply improvements.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 7+ years in web development and UI/UX, preferably from an advertising agency
  • Proven experience building websites from scratch and leading special projects
  • Strong leadership exposure with the ability to guide teams
  • Proficient in HTML, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and non–drag-and-drop CMS platforms
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop (or similar) for responsive, visually appealing designs
  • Portfolio showcasing past projects and accomplishments
  • Proactive, idealistic yet execution-oriented, able to challenge and improve existing workflows
  • Experience with international companies, especially Australian businesses, is a plus
