Graduate of Business Administration, major in Export and Global Business Management

Key Responsibilities:

· Documentation:

Preparing and managing import and export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and other customs-related paperwork.

· Customs Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to all relevant import and export laws and regulations, including tariffs, duties, and other customs requirements.

· Logistics Coordination:

Managing the movement of goods, coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics providers.

· Communication:

Maintaining communication with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.

· Process Optimization:

Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline import and export processes.

· Cost Management:

Monitoring and controlling costs associated with import and export operations.

Required Skills:

· Strong understanding of import/export procedures and regulations: This includes knowledge of customs procedures, documentation requirements, and international trade laws. .

· Attention to detail and accuracy: Ensuring all documentation and processes are accurate and compliant.

· Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to shipments and logistics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
