Responsibilities:

Client Collaboration:


• Engage with existing clients to facilitate the collection and contribution of data to our fraud database.


• Develop strong partnerships to ensure continuous data flow and cooperation.

Project Management:


• Lead projects related to the development and enhancement of the fraud database, ensuring timely and successful execution.


• Coordinate with internal teams to align project goals with company objectives.

Data Integration:


• Oversee the integration of client data into the fraud database, ensuring accuracy and security.


• Work closely with technical teams to optimize data collection processes.

Fraud Prevention Strategy:


• Develop strategies to utilize the fraud database eYectively in preventing and mitigating fraudulent activities.


• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our fraud prevention solutions.

Relationship Building:


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders among our client base.


• Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and tailor our solutions accordingly.

Reporting and Analysis:


• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.


• Analyze data outcomes to identify trends and inform future strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
  • 4-5 years of experience in product management, fraud prevention, risk management, data analytics, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of fraud detection and prevention practices, data security, and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with database technologies, data integration, and API-based data exchange.
  • Experience with analytics tools, reporting platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from strategy and design to launch and optimization.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams (technical, business, and client-facing).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in client engagement, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and security.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
