Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the timely procurement of materials, services, and supplies to support project needs.
  • Evaluate, compare, and select products and services to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Manage inventories effectively, ensuring optimal stock levels while maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Research and assess potential suppliers, evaluating their capability to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contracts.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the continued quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor market trends to adjust procurement strategies and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in procurement or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in negotiation and supplier management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
