QUALIFICATION:

  • College Graduate (BS Psychology) or Pursuing Master's Degree in Guidance Counseling
  • Must be Licensed Psychometrician
  • With Prior experience in guidance counseling
  • Critical thinker
  • Proficient in Administering, Scoring and Interpreting Psychological tests.
  • Computer Literate w/ good communication skills, decision making and planning.
  • Must be willing to report on site, Mondays to Saturdays
  • TOR and Diploma must be available
  • Licensed must be available

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist the students with their psycho social needs
  • Working with students to develop skills
  • Create a developmental program
  • Give intake interview to students
  • Counseling individuals and share groups
  • Manage or implement guidance program
  • Develops mental health program
  • Knows how to organized files.
  • Answers phone calls and supports visitors.
  • Respond to student inquiries and creative promotional materials
  • Maintain departmental records and perform other related duties as assigned
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail.
  • Receive documents (incoming/outgoing)
  • Other Administrative tasks that will be given by department head

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
