The "One-Line" Pitch

We don't want you to just "manage social media." We want you to translate the complex, messy, and beautiful human experience of mental health into vertical video and real conversation.

Who We Are

We are a mental health tech startup serving the Philippines. But we aren't your typical "medical clinic" posting generic tips like "Talk to a friend to stop being sad."

We are building a brand that acts as a mirror to the Filipino experience. We validate the burnout of the
Panganay
, the anxiety of the Corporate Climber, and the silent struggles of the "Strong Friend."

The Role

You will be our in-house
Visual Storyteller.
You will work directly with the Founder to conceptualize and execute content that stops the scroll.

Since we are a fully online platform, you won't always be on a set. You need to be resourceful. You will turn voiceovers, stock footage, remote clips from mental health professionals, and atmospheric B-roll into cohesive stories.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Concept to Cut:
    You aren't just an editor waiting for files. You will brainstorm ideas, storyboard the shots, and own the final edit.
  • The "Remote" Director:
    Our psychiatrists, psychologists, and counselors are online. You will create "Filming Guides" to teach them how to light themselves and sound great on their webcams or phones. You will take their raw files and polish them into professional content.
  • The Community Bridge (Reddit & Discord):
    You won't just post content. You will spark connection. You will take the themes we explore on Instagram and bring them to our Discord and Reddit communities. You will help moderate discussions, set up AMAs with our doctors, and make sure our community feels like a safe space, not a marketing channel.
  • Cinematic B-Roll & Mood:
    You will go out and shoot the "visuals" that match the story. Rain on a window in BGC. The chaos of the MRT. A quiet desk at 2 AM. You provide the visual texture that makes the audio hit harder.
  • Editing with Emotion:
    You are a wizard with
    CapCut
    (or Premiere/DaVinci). You understand pacing. You know when to use a fast cut for energy and when to hold a shot for silence.

  • You Speak "Taglish" & "Internet":
    You understand the nuance of Filipino humor,

    , and the specific "conyo" corporate culture. You know how to write captions that sound like a friend instead of a textbook.
  • You Are a Community Builder:
    You understand that Reddit hates "ads" but loves "authenticity." You know how to start a thread that gets people talking without being salesy.
  • You Are Resourceful:
    You don't need a full production crew. You can tell a story using a mix of stock footage, text animations, and clips you shot on your phone.
  • You Get Mental Health:
    You don't need to be a psychologist, but you need
    empathy.
    You understand that we are dealing with real people's pain. You treat the subject with respect.

  • Editing:
    CapCut (Priority), VN, or Adobe Premiere.
  • Design:
    Canva / Figma (for thumbnails/stories).
  • Community:
    Discord (Mod tools), Reddit.
  • Communication:
    We work remotely/hybrid, so clear communication is key.
