Accounting Staff

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of Financial Statements and management reports.
  • Record, monitor, and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and adjustments.
  • Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of BIR reports, compliance, and other government requirements.
  • Support the Accounting Department in audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Accounting Head or Management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Knowledgeable in accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
  • With background in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • With good communication and organizational skills.
