QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, vocational course, or equivalent education (college level acceptable; technical training or an associate degree in electronics preferred).
- Experience with slot machine repair or other electronic/mechanical equipment.
- Strong understanding of electronics, circuit boards, and basic networking.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and writing diagrams.
- Familiarity with gaming regulations and casino operations is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the appropriate jurisdiction.
- Physically able to lift 50lbs.,bend,kneel, and work in tight spaces.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, set up, and configure slot machines and related gaming equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machines operate efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in slot machines.
- Respond promptly to service calls and machine malfunctions on the casino floor.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history.
- Ensure compliance with all state and local gaming regulations and internal controls.
- Collaborate with slot operations and security teams to ensure safe and effective machine management.
- Upgrade machine hardware and software as needed.
- Monitor slot machine performance and report anomalies or trends.
- Assist in machine moves, conversions, and game changes.
- Maintain an organized and secure inventory of parts and tools.
