Intern for E-Learning Video Creation

The
E-Learning Video Intern
will shadow and support our Operating Units and the Talent Acquisition Team in the full video production lifecycle: design, storyboarding, production, and editing. The primary goal is to gain practical experience in creating compelling visual learning aids that enhance employee comprehension and application of company processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Development & Planning:

  • Assist in
    the collaboration with OUs to define learning objectives and gather content for the video modules.
  • Contribute to
    developing engaging video scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts that simplify complex information.

2. Video Production & Editing:

  • Support the production
    of various video formats, including screencasts, animated explainers, live-action demos, and informational videos.
  • Execute edits
    and apply video enhancements (visual effects, motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions).
  • Assist in
    managing the end-to-end video production workflow.
  • Help source, clean, and synchronize
    audio narration, music, and sound effects.

3. Quality Assurance & Delivery:

  • Help ensure
    videos adhere to brand guidelines and basic instructional design best practices.
  • Assist with optimization
    and proper formatting of video files for our learning platforms (KMS, internal channels).
  • Support the organization
    and maintenance of the digital library of project assets and raw files.

Must-Haves:

  • Educational Status:
    Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate (within 1 year) of a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Film/Video Production, Communications, Educational Technology, or a closely related course.
  • Passion & Portfolio:
    A
    small portfolio, academic projects, or personal video work
    demonstrating creative flair, storytelling ability, and a strong interest in instructional content.
  • Technical Familiarity:
    Basic familiarity
    with at least one professional video editing software (e.g., Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe).
  • Soft Skills:
    High level of
    coachability,
    a strong eagerness to learn, and proven
    reliability
    in meeting assigned tasks.
  • Work Setup:
    Adaptable to a hybrid work setup, reliable in completing tasks remotely, and available for scheduled on-site collaboration and mentorship sessions.
