  • Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and Setup: Install and configure new copiers, printers, scanners, and related software.

  • Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnostic checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment by identifying issues and making necessary adjustments.
  • Part Replacement: Order and replace faulty or worn-out parts and components.
  • Customer Service & Training: Provide excellent customer support, demonstrate equipment operation, and train clients on how to use the equipment effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs and reports of all service calls, repairs, and parts used.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of new equipment, parts, and supplies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:

Experience in electronic equipment repair and maintenance, along with the ability to read diagrams and schematics.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
- Customer Service:

Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift and move heavy office equipment.
- Other:

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Work Environment

  • Field-Based:

A significant part of the job involves traveling to clients' businesses or homes to perform services.
