About the role

FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION' is seeking a talented Call Center Technical Associate to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide technical assistance over the phone or via email
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Educate customers on the use of our products and services
  4. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  5. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
  6. Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest developments

What we're looking for

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues
  4. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
  5. Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning
