We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager with a background in managing retail stores that sell mobile phones and accessories. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, solid experience in retail operations, and must be able to drive to different store locations as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store
  • Supervise store staff, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations
  • Monitor store performance, sales targets, and inventory management
  • Train and develop team members to meet sales goals and improve customer service
  • Drive to different store locations when necessary to support operations and staff
  • Prepare reports and assist in strategic sales planning
Qualifications
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in retail store management (preferably in cellphone or tech retail)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Must be able to drive (with a valid driver's license)
  • Experience in managing inventory, sales targets, and team performance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work in Caloocan City and travel between branches
