Finance Lead – PEZA/BOI Experience

Job Description:
- Handles BOI, PEZA, BIR and LGU reporting concerns
- Handles applications for ITH PEZA validation and extensions
- Monitors renewal of all BOI/PEZA certificates
- Manages Internal Audits on Fixed Assets and assists on other related audits
- Monitors Farm in and Farm out applications
- Ensures all assets are applied for insurance and coordinate with AP team for proper recording
- Ensures all defective, massing and damaged assets for disposal are properly reported
- Provides internal and External audit requirements related to Fixed Assets and Compliance
- Handles monthly fixed assets and depreciation entries and schedules
- Guarantees timely and accurate filing and payment of BIR Reports, BIR audits and other requirements
- Ensures proper implementation of new ERP system related on Fixed Assets and Taxes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and accounting
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
- Flexible to work on day shift and mid shift schedule if business need
- At least relevant experience of 2-4 yrs working experience in the same field or industry
