DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs inspection of products to ensure the quality of the units is based on customer specifications.

  1. Performs incoming/in-process and outgoing inspection for raw materials and fabricated products for machine /automation products.

  2. Works to meet the target time and output and continuously strives to improve own performance and contribute to group efficiency.

  3. Works cooperatively with the group to assure that the product meets customer requirements.

  4. Strictly conforms to standard work procedures and implemented corrective actions; also, follows special instructions relayed by the immediate superiors.

  5. Reports to Quality Assurance Manager any kind of lot irregularities including concerns with microscopes, inspection tools and other inspection-related matters.

  6. Cooperates with the investigation team regarding the root cause and corrective action plan for internal/external feedback.

  7. Supports the management in the implementation of company policies, rules and regulations.

  8. Implements 5S in working area.

  9. Performs related functions as maybe assigned by Immediate Superiors.

COMPETENCIES

  1. Knowledge in measurement interpretation including Metric and English conversions for linear dimension, surface area, volume, radial and angular dimensions.

  2. Knowledge in the use and handling of common measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, dials, gauges, plates including safety precautions and calibrations checking.

  3. Knowledge on material specification, including thermal and chemical treatments such as platings and heat treatment.

  4. Basic knowledge on common machining process for turning, milling, grinding and EDMs.

  5. Basic ability to view cad files and confirm dimensions from CAD platform of Autocad.

  6. Sufficient skill in interpretation of drawings and details, including standard abbreviations, symbols and notations conforming to their current standards fir Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.

  7. Good interpersonal relations and communications skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education : Completion of one (1) year on any Technical Course.

Experience: With experience as QCI ,preferably on Toolings and Metal Fabrication.

With experience as QCI in a semiconductor company.

Trainings: Quality Control related trainings. Measuring and Test Equipment trainings
