  • Responsible for executing inspection and quality control activities at sites, participating in inspections, and serving as the principal point of contact with clients regarding Quality Control matters on medium-sized projects

Principal Accountabilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of assigned Quality Control Inspectors, ensuring compliance with work programs and quality standards

  • Address and resolve minor issues within the scope of expertise and authority, ensuring smooth operations on- site

  • Participate in regular client Quality Control meetings, providing feedback and insight to protect the Company's position throughout the project lifecycle

  • Interface with internal departments to coordinate and clarify inspection activities, fostering effective communication and collaboration

  • Study project specifications and technical drawings to gain a comprehensive understanding of the work requirements and expectations

Inspect work being carried out within the allocated area of responsibility to ensure compliance with the Quality Inspection Plan


•Ensure that all testing and measuring equipment is identified, calibrated, and suitable for use and confirm that instructions for their use and settings are available

  • Resolve on-site issues and prepare non-conformance reports for serious breaches, documenting circumstances and necessary actions

  • Generate daily inspection reports to record activities, sign off on completed work segments at designated hold points, and forward reports to Documentation for proper filing and safekeeping

  • Ensure the timely issuance of inspection and testing quality records, verifying their adequacy to demonstrate conformity of construction works

  • Uphold compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards throughout all activities

Educational Qualifications & Certifications

Post-Secondary Technical Diploma in Engineering or equivalent

  • Multidiscipline certification or equivalent (Welding (CSIPW 3.1), coating (BGAS Level II), E&I (IECEX), Civil, NDT(ASNT Level II), etc.

  • Advance discipline certification (Welding (CSIPW 3.2.2), Coating (BGAS Level III) E&I (IECEX), Civil, NDT(ASNT Level III) etc.) is highly preferred

Relevant Experience

Minimum 09 years of related work experience in similar industries, with supervisory potential
