MEPFS Inspector

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEPFS Inspector to join our dynamic team at China Construction Front Gen. Devt. Corp.'. As an MEPFS Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will allow you to apply your expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural systems to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting thorough inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural systems on Site
2. Identifying and documenting any deficiencies or non-conformances, and working with the construction team to ensure timely resolution
3. Reviewing plans, specifications, and other project documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and standards
4. Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality and safety concerns
5. Maintaining detailed inspection reports and records to support project documentation and quality assurance
6. Providing technical guidance and training to construction personnel on quality control best practices

What we're looking for

1. BS Electrical Engineering Grad or related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEPFS Inspector in the construction industry
3. Proficient knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulations related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural systems
4. Strong technical skills and the ability to interpret and apply complex engineering drawings and specifications
5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve quality issues
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse project stakeholders
7. Strong organisational and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and documentation
