Position: Outlet Manager

Location: Cebu Airport

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of managerial experience in retail, food & beverage, or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid background in sales, inventory control, and cost management
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily outlet operations
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent service
  • Achieve sales targets & manage inventory
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
  • Handle customer concerns professionally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
