Summary: The B2C Marketing Officer is responsible for driving transaction volume growth through strategic initiatives. This includes a focus on product awareness in trade areas, user engagement, and developing the value proposition.
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct research and analyze the needs and preferences of target consumers for 24/7 digital locker solutions.
Identify key market trends and the competitive landscape related to smart locker services.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform service partner acquisition strategies and the development of new products or services.
Product/Service Development Support:
Collaborate with product development teams to conceptualize and develop new features and services for QUBE's smart lockers based on consumer needs and market opportunities.
Contribute to creating a compelling value proposition for QUBE's 24/7 digital locker ecosystem.
Transaction Volume Growth:
Brand Awareness & User Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to build brand awareness for QUBE's smart locker services. Drive trial and repeat usage among target customers. This involves collaborating with marketing on campaigns and promotions.
Offer Development: Continuously develop and test new offers, promotions, and bundled services to incentivize usage among existing customers. The goal is also to attract new customer segments to the QUBE platform. Analyze offer performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to promote the benefits of QUBE's smart locker services and attract new customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in market research and/or marketing/sales roles with a focus on driving customer engagement and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of service level agreements and contract negotiation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
Familiarity and network within the logistics and e-commerce industry is a plus.
