About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ESG Manager to help organizations achieve best practices in non-financial reporting and sustainability. The role includes providing assurance services on sustainability reports, greenhouse gas emissions inventories, and climate-related financial risk disclosures, while also supporting the delivery of ESG services and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sustainability and ESG services for clients.
  • Provide assurance on sustainability reports, GHG emissions inventories, and climate-related risk disclosures.
  • Support partners in business development and client prospecting.
  • Monitor and manage complex, time-sensitive client communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Management, or related field (postgraduate degree is an advantage).
  • At least 8 years' experience in sustainability/ESG program delivery (e.g., carbon/GHG assessments, climate risk, sustainability reporting, energy management).
  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting platforms such as GRESB, CDP, GRI, SASB, DJSI, and TCFD.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
