Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven ESG Auditor to join our team and support manufacturing clients in achieving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) compliance. The role involves evaluating organizations against international ESG standards, delivering assurance services, and conducting trainings to drive sustainability across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate client compliance with ESG standards, such as the ISO 14064 series, ISO , and other relevant frameworks.
  • Perform third-party assurance engagements for ESG-related information and sustainability disclosures.
  • Provide training and workshops (public and in-house) on ESG-related topics and best practices.
  • Work closely with clients in the manufacturing industry to guide ESG integration into business operations.
  • Analyze risks and improvement areas based on ESG performance and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare clear, comprehensive audit and assurance reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of ESG-related experience as an auditor, project manager, or similar role.
  • Completion of Lead Auditor Training in at least one of the following:
  • ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
  • ISO Environmental Management)
  • ISO Occupational Health & Safety)
  • ISO Energy Management)

Additional certifications in ESG/sustainability standards such as:

  • ISO Greenhouse Gas Accounting)
  • ISO Carbon Neutrality)
  • GRI Standards (Global Reporting Initiative)
  • ISO Anti-Bribery Management)
  • ISO Risk Management)
  • SA 8000 (Social Accountability) are considered an advantage.
  • Prior experience working with or for a third-party certification body is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit engagements and deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
