Overview

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Email & LinkedIn Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and establishing our brand through effective email campaigns and LinkedIn engagement. The position offers a competitive annual salary in Philippine Pesos (Php) and is ideal for candidates looking to leverage their expertise in digital marketing and professional networking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to engage and nurture leads.
  • Create and manage content for email campaigns, ensuring messages align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Utilize LinkedIn as a platform for outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Maintain and segment email lists to ensure targeted communications for various audience segments.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and LinkedIn engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to design and produce marketing materials as necessary.
  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in email marketing and LinkedIn strategies.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing to optimize email campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide monthly reports on campaign performance and metrics analysis.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn's platform and features, including Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
Desired Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Experience in content creation for email and social media platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing successful email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach efforts.
  • Knowledge of email analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and performance tracking.
