The Email Solutions Specialist Coordinator supports an Account Manager in a variety of duties. You will assist in the organization of email campaigns as well in as the development of marketing strategies. Your work is integral to the smooth operations of the marketing department as well as the acquisition of brand goals and long-term company growth.

Role Overview:

As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for clients using one of several leading platforms for email marketing, transactional messaging, and deliverability optimization. You will provide guidance on best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with IP management, authentication protocols, and sender reputation monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform.
  • Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Educate customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  • Create and manage visual email automation workflows within the chosen email platform, as well as in Google Slides, Vibe, or any other collaborative tool.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
  • Create, present, and discuss email marketing campaign reports with clients in a 30-minute focused meeting on a monthly basis

Recommended Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with email analytics tools and monitoring platforms (Postmaster Tools, BIMI, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with API integrations related to email services.
  • Spanish speaking - a plus
