We are seeking a skilled BI Qlik Developer to join our Consumer Insights and Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Qlik-based dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to translate business needs into impactful data visualizations and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analytics & Reporting

  2. Collect, aggregate and analyse data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance.

  3. Use analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, risks and profits of new business initiatives.

  4. Work with customers to gather specifications for data and report requirements.

  5. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and consistency.

  6. Data Product Development

  7. Develop, design and test BI Reports and Dashboards based on user requirements (Qlik Sense tools).

  8. Effectively translate end-user reporting requirements into functional design documents.

  9. Document requirements, processes, and solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  10. Development of operational reports and dashboards with a focus on business data insights.

  11. Maintain and Support Qlik Sense and Qlik Sense Cloud (SaaS)environment.

  12. Optimize data models and scripts for performance and scalability.

  13. Assist and support multiple product teams with Qlik reporting questions and issues.

  14. Data Visualisation and Data Adoption

  15. Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement in current operations and display root cause analysis of problems.

  16. Transform raw data into meaningful visualizations using best practices in data storytelling and user experience

  17. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and value of BI tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/College Degree in Computer Engineering or relevant course.
  • 5+ years' experience in leading business analysis or process improvements through leveraging key business analysis techniques (SWOT, Decision Modelling, Balanced Scorecard, Prototyping, etc)
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent communication, writing and project management skills with experience leveraging Agile methodologies and practices
  • Knowledge and experience in writing basic to intermediate SQL queries
  • Exposure and understanding of data warehousing, engineering and ETL methodologies advantageous
  • Experienced in application designing, architecting, development and deployment using Qlik Sense. Must be efficient in front-end development and know visualization best practices
  • Hands-on experience in Qlik Sense development/ Power BI, dashboarding and data modelling and visualization techniques.
  • Knowledge of Qlik Sense Cloud (SaaS).
  • Flexible and versatile to adapt to any new environment and work on any project
  • Goal-oriented team player with good requirement analysis, interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
