In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to design intuitive dashboards, optimize data models, and ensure reporting accuracy. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements.
  • Write complex and efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases.
  • Build and optimize data models (Star and Snowflake schemas) to enable scalable self-service reporting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, measures (DAX), and row-level security (RLS) for secure and effective reporting.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimal performance of reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboards, reports, and data modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including joins, CTEs, subqueries, and window functions.
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Proven experience with DAX and Power Query for calculated measures, KPIs, and transformations.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive data visualizations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Snowflake expertise is a strong plus.
