To be punctual for work and promptly report any personal emergencies that limit/disable the chef to perform duties.

  • Maintaining superior hygiene, health and safety standards of food
  • To keep high standards of personal and kitchen hygiene.
  • Assist in maintaining overall camaraderie in the kitchen.
  • To assist on other sections or help with other duties when the kitchen is short staffed, in emergencies, and/or when number of covers require.
  • Report any changes in food quality of meat, poultry and seafood to the sous chef.
  • Must always follow the FIFO system
  • All machines and kitchen equipment must be kept in good condition and handled with care.
  • To monitor stock movement and be responsible for weekly inventory of all meats supply in the fridge anytime.
  • All cut meat, poultry and seafood intended for banquet events must have a food label in place.
  • Develop a positive working relationship with all the kitchen staff.
  • Help the Sous chef to monitor the Par level stock of all meat, poultry and seafood products to avoid running out of items.
  • Implement the food safety & hygiene sanitation in the preparation area.
  • Implement the proper storing of food.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php18,128.00 per month
