Accurately measures meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
Prepares meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing,
peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
Prepares basic salads and sauces as directed by the Ched de Partie.
Plates and presents meal items as instructed by the Chef de Partie.
Receives deliveries and verifies all ordered items have been delivered and of good quality.
Keeps the work area and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.
Operates various kitchen equipment as assigned; reports malfunctioning equipment to
immediate supervisor.
Reports unsafe conditions in the kitchen and recommends possible solutions to hazards.
Accomplishes the inventory monitoring sheet daily.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as specified by immediate superior.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Preferably with a relevant vocational diploma in food and beverage or hotel restaurant services or at least a High School or SHS graduate
- Willing to work under manpower agency to be assigned at Hotel Benilde in Malate, Manila
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php19,500.00 per month
