Job Overview


• We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with extensive experience insystem development and integration on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidatewill be proficient in handling complex technical requirements—from systemconfiguration to advanced programming—and capable of performing live coding tosolve real-world problems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms.
  • Configure and manage security components such as Profiles, Permission Sets, and Role · · Hierarchies.·
  • Build and optimize automation processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex.
  • Handle synchronous and asynchronous operations including Future Methods, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
  • Develop custom user interfaces using LWC and Visualforce.
  • Participate in live coding sessions to address technical challenges from internal teams or clients·

Job Qualifications

Must Have Skill/s:·

  • Minimum of
    4 years
    of hands-on experience and with good foundation in Salesforce development.
  • Should have
    people management / leadership experience
    (planning, mentoring, reviewing codes, teamwork activities and more.)
    for Senior Level.
  • Proficient in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce.

  • Proven experience in
    integrating Salesforce
    with external systems.· Strong understanding of
    Salesforce security mechanisms: Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules

- Skilled in
designing complex logic flows using Flow and Apex.
- Experience with asynchronous processing in Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills; ability to perform live coding under pressure.

Good to Have Skill/s:

Salesforce Developer certifications (PD1, PD2) are a strong advantage

Work Arrangement:

Work location: Open to any location within the PH

Work schedule: AEST

Work set-up: Hybrid/WFH ( With possible business travel for a month )
