Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Manager are:Lead engagements and responsible for client relationships, planning, budgeting, and delivery of accounting services to clients. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Coordinating with internal and external auditors during audits. Providing financial advice to the management team for strategic decision making. Managing the financial reporting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures. Identifying areas for process and efficiency improvement in financial reporting. Participating in special projects related to financial reporting and accounting as needed.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Financial Reporting Manager should have:A strong background in Accounting and Finance, 5-10 years of relevant work experience. Must have exposure from audit or fund administration. Exceptional knowledge of financial reporting standards - US GAAP, IFRS, Asset Management.

Previous background in financial statement preparation and review. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
