Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Dialysis Nurse located on-site in Pasig. Responsibilities include performing hemodialysis treatments, monitoring patients during dialysis sessions to ensure their safety and comfort, and maintaining up-to-date patient records. The role also entails collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to administer care plans for patients with kidney conditions and educating patients and their families regarding treatment protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Hemodialysis and Dialysis procedures
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Nursing principles, practices, and patient care
  • Understanding of Medicine and specialization in Nephrology
  • Ability to educate patients and provide compassionate, personalized care
  • Valid nursing license and certification in dialysis procedures
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in kidney or dialysis care is a plus
