Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented recent college graduate to join our team as an Associate Engineer. In this role, you will support the planning and optimization of production and operational capacity to meet business demands efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing production capacity, resource utilization, and workflow efficiency.
• Collect and interpret data to forecast demand and align capacity planning accordingly.
• Support the development of capacity models and tools to improve planning accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Production, Supply Chain, Engineering) to gather input and validate capacity assumptions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Help identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to optimize throughput and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Internship or project experience in manufacturing, logistics, or operations is a plus but not required.
