Responsibilities Review site-specific capacity (tester, handler, prober) and identify and resolve constraints using constraint, unconstraint supply, and demand with reference to JDA and Supply Health. Crosscheck utilization rates on the floor for top-running products and drive/track improvements with production, engineering, maintenance, and other cross-functional teams. Address UIPH discrepancy reported by IE team and ensure responsible parties resolve issues and track to completion. Monitor weekly throughput and identify root causes of low throughput; track resolutions to completion. Track weekly WIP and report testers/handlers with high WIP; ensure plans exist to reduce WIP to the required level; measure, identify, and track progress; report outstanding issues. Track schedules for test platform and product transfers and ensure planning data (TPS/SCP) is updated. Review and resolve zero capacity cells. Manage load balancing between locations and ensure capacity aligns with needs. Drive collaboration meetings with cross-functional teams (Factory, IE, OR, etc.) and perform project management. Able to lead a small group if opportunity allows. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices may require export licensing approval.
