What you'll be doing

  • Manage the implementation of newly acquired business by the company and transition from acquisition to business operations stabilization.
  • Provide project management support to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within the budget.
  • Work with clients to identify requirements and manage expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct status meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Provide training and support to clients on new products and services.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation management, process improvement, or project management roles
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phased projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of project management tools and techniques
  • Ability to travel as needed to clients' sites.
