Job DescriptionPosition: WordPress Developer at Chimes ConsultingLocation: Hybrid - ManilaExperience: 1-3 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeOverviewAs a WordPress Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing strategists to build visually appealing, optimized sites for performance, SEO, and user experience. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive, SEO-friendly, and scalable WordPress websites.

Customize themes and plugins per client needs. Translate mockups into functional websites with design and marketing teams. Ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.

Maintain and update websites regularly. Optimize website performance, security, and load times. Resolve website issues and bugs.

Integrate third-party tools and APIs (e.g., e-commerce, CRMs). Stay updated on WordPress trends and best practices. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.1-3 years of professional WordPress development experience.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg. Knowledge of WordPress security and performance optimization. Understanding of SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce plugins is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
