Concierge - Valet

Job Description:

You will welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, manage vehicle parking and retrieval efficiently, and provide tailored guest support including information about the hotel and local area. Your role requires exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs with grace and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage, directions, and other concierge-related requests.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Coordinate with hotel departments (housekeeping, security, front desk) to ensure smooth guest service.
• Maintain security and privacy standards related to guest vehicles and property.
• Keep valet and lobby areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Hospitality graduate or any related course
• Previous experience in valet parking, concierge, or luxury guest services preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus with a polished, professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle luggage when necessary.
• Knowledge of the local area and hotel services is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
