Job Description:

  • Inspect and verify dimensions and tolerances of machined parts, clamps, and inserts.
  • Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain traceability records.
  • Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and gauges.
  • Work with production and engineering to resolve non-conformance issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or related course.
  • Minimum of 2 years of QA experience in a machining or fabrication environment.
  • Knowledge in use of calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM (if applicable).
  • Can interpret GD&T and engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
