Join to apply for the Quality Assurance Head role at QC Styropackaging Corp 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Join to apply for the Quality Assurance Head role at QC Styropackaging Corp Bachelor's Degree preferably Engineering Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry Shows exemplary leadership, written, and verbal skills is being required Preferably a Licensed Engineer No. Of Vacancy: 1Location : ValenzuelaQualificationsBachelor's Degree preferably Engineering Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry Shows exemplary leadership, written, and verbal skills is being required Preferably a Licensed Engineer Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupervises quality assurance activities plant wide with regards to: Incoming Material inspection In-process inspection Finished goods inspection Outgoing inspection Review quality control reports and recommends necessary improvements or corrective actions to the Plant Manager. Supervises and monitors QA Leadman / Leadlady, QA Inspectors, and QA Final Inspectors performance Performance assigned task from time. Validates and confirms standards for quality evaluation. Appraise immediate subordinates semi-annually base on the Key Performance Indicator and completeness of special assigned tasks. Conducts and initiates daily meeting to discuss activity highlights, recurring problems, root cause analysis and preventive measurements. Analyze and submits summary of monitoring reports of Quality Assurance Department to Plant Manager in a weekly basis. Supervise and monitor daily duties and responsibilities of immediate subordinates Review and analyze Inspection Reports, Sampling Evaluation Report, Non - conformance Report and Customer Complain and established Corrective and Preventive Action Plan and Risk Management. Assigns Immediate subordinates specific designated areas of inspection as a basis of Weekly Schedule Activities. Check and approves Department generated reports. Monitor Good Housekeeping through Audit System. Conducts Suppliers Audit through plant visit in a yearly basis. Conducts training and seminars to immediate subordinates to review, validates and confirms standard for quality evaluation, standard operating procedure and alignment of inspection. Review and validate the process flow of department to strengthen the quality objectives.
